Original part or quality compatible part?

What happens to your data
Replacing the glass, display, battery or port does not affect your data. For more serious damage (e.g. after a drop that stops the device from turning on) we recommend an iCloud backup before the repair if possible — otherwise we attempt data recovery on site.

Yes, the battery and the display are separate parts and can be replaced independently.
